Location This area is known for its relaxed pace, historic streets, and incredible food, with the bonus of being just a 5-minute walk from the Fresh Pond subway station and a 20-minute ride into central Williamsburg or a 30-minute ride into the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The Neighborhood The Woodbine House is situated in Ridgewood, Queens, between Bushwick and Fresh Pond. This neighborhood is home to many local bars and restaurants and a short walk to other trendy areas in Brooklyn. Plenty of charming attractions are within walking distance such as Cassette Cocktail Bar and Cozy Corner restaurant.

Booking rules
- • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550
- • 650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive a rental agreement, which you need to sign within 24 hours of receiving it.
