Booking Conditions To ensure the best experience in our accommodations, we apply a Fee equivalent to one month’s rent. This one-time payment allows us to provide: ✅ 24/7 personalized support ✅ Weekly cleaning of common areas ✅ Maintenance service all time ✅ A secure and efficient living environment Additionally, to finalize the booking, we require the signing of a rental agreement. For this, you will need to provide certain personal details. This Fee is mandatory and non-refundable.

Exit Fee

At the end of the contract, a fixed Exit Fee of €160 is applied to cover final services, including full apartment cleaning, deep cleaning of common areas, minor maintenance, and replacement or refurbishment of small household items (such as kitchenware), as well as minor wall marks from normal wear and tear. This amount is automatically deducted from the security deposit and is not an additional payment required from the tenant. Tenants may keep the bed sheets used during their stay; duvets and pillows must remain in the apartment. The Exit Fee does not cover damages beyond normal wear and tear, which may be charged separately if applicable.

1. What happens after I submit a request?

The host reviews your request and may ask for more information before accepting or declining. Coliving keeps the request details together so the next step is clear.

2. When do I pay?

Payment is due after the host accepts your request. If the host declines or does not respond, you are not charged.

3. What booking fees does Coliving charge?

Coliving does not charge booking fees to residents. The platform is free to use for people looking for coliving homes.

4. What about the security deposit?

If a host asks for a security deposit, it is not a booking deposit and does not lock in the booking. It protects the host against damage, missed payments, or other losses, and any remaining amount is refunded after move-out according to the host policy.

5. What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel before payment is made, you can do so without payment fees. After payment, the cancellation policy attached to the booking applies.
