This beautiful apartment has been completely refurbished in 2022 with respect for the classic details, fx the high wooden panels and solid wooden floors. Entrance to a small entré from which there is access to room 1, room 2 and the kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to room 3 and the hallway leading to the bathroom and room 4. The kitchen is placed in the center of the apartment, it's modern and beautiful with all necessary appliances, a dining table and a TV. From the kitchen there is access to a 3 m2 private balcony facing the back yard. The bathroom has a good size with a separate shower niche and built-in washer and dryer.

Neighborhood
This is located on the Fredensgade in the middle of Aarhus' historic and iconic city centre, with it's small, narrow streets and crooked houses. The water canal 'Aaen' is a stone's throw away and in summer this is the perfect spot to go for lunch, coffee break or hang out with friends after work. Within walking distance you will also find the main train and bus station, the main shopping street 'Strøget' and all other attractions in the centre of Aarhus.
