The location This coliving space is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Brooklyn College, on the neighborhood’s main thoroughfare. It’s an 8-minute walk from the Newkirk Ave stop on the 2 and 5 trains, and a 15-minute walk from the Newkirk Plaza stop on the B and Q trains. You can be in downtown Brooklyn in less than half an hour and lower Manhattan in just a few minutes more! The neighborhood The neighborhood is full of things to do and see. Snag pre-loved items at Le Point Value thrift store or visit Yves' Garden Café for morning coffee and a pastry. From Italian, to Caribbean, to Chinese, dining options abound.

Flatbush is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. The neighborhood consists of several subsections in central Brooklyn and is generally bounded by Prospect Park to the north, East Flatbush to the east, Midwood to the south.

Booking rules
- • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550
- • 650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive a rental agreement, which you need to sign within 24 hours of receiving it.
