Warm, bright and full of character, this home is made for shared moments. The kitchen opens onto large bay windows and a generous dining table where everyone naturally comes together. Step outside to the spacious terrace with a BBQ, perfect for sunny lunches and long evenings. Inside, the comfortable, light-filled living room with a projector invites relaxed movie nights, while the wood-accented interior adds warmth throughout. And as in all our homes, the walls are adorned with art, curated by Demain Belgium.

One-off application fee
Check-out fees cover the inventory at entrance and at the exit + the cost for cleaning the room at the exit. It will be deducted from the security deposit.

We welcome everyone. The only common ground is that they are all professionals, meaning that they usually work during the week :-) Our members bring together curious, open-minded people aged around 22 to 40 years old from all over the world for the coliving, and around 25 to 50 years old for the private apartments. They’re working for industries such as institutions like the EU, in tech companies, startups, scaleups, industrials, lawyers, designers, doctors, entrepreneurs and many more — people who love meaningful connections, shared experiences, and good vibes. Think sport or yoga sessions, sunset drinks, creative workshops, outdoor adventures — and plenty of resident-led ideas. Our events are all about connection, fun, and discovering new passions together.

Booking rules
- • Disclaimer: To complete the registration process / booking in its entirety, all residents are required to sign our rental agreement.
- • We keep it simple — just an ID and a proof of solvency, like a work contract, a recent payslip, a bank statement with sufficient funds is required at the time of booking. If that’s tricky, no worries: you can apply with a guarantor instead, providing their ID, proof of solvency, and the guarantor letter.
- • You always have the possibility of switching rooms within our network of coliving locations.
- • We have a notice period of two full months before leaving.
- • Damage insurance is included except for loss & theft.
