This renovated property has 24 rooms and is surrounded by a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. In addition, it is just 200 meters from our Ramblas building, where you can enjoy its open spaces and scheduled activities. The following amenities and services are included:

There is no elevator at this property.

Please note that our check-in is self-service, which means that we do not accompany guests to their rooms; the coliver simply arrives at the site, collects his/her keys, and goes to the booked room.

We welcome like-minded people from all over the world who want to join our community and feel the experience of being a coliver. Our typical guests are students and young professionals ages 18-35.

The Gothic Quarter, or El Gòtic, is the historic center of the old city of Barcelona. It stretches from La Rambla to Via Laietana and from the Mediterranean seafront to the Ronda de Sant Pere. It is a part of the Ciutat Vella district. The quarter encompasses the oldest parts of the city of Barcelona and includes the remains of the city's Roman wall and several notable medieval landmarks. Much of the present-day fabric of the quarter, however, dates to the 19th and early 20th centuries. El Call, the medieval Jewish quarter, is located within this area, along with the former Sinagoga Major. The Barri Gòtic retains a labyrinthine street plan, with many small streets opening out into squares. Most of the quarter is closed to regular traffic, although it is open to service vehicles and taxis.
