The large windows throughout each unit let in plenty of natural light, and each apartment is arranged around bright and inviting common areas. Location It’s just a 7-minute walk to Ditmas Av station where you can get the F train. Also close by is Newkirk Plaza station where the B and Q trains are accessible. Neighborhood Daily essentials like grocery stores and pharmacies are within walking distance. Pop by unique places in the community like Sycamore Bar and Flower Shop and Cade Madeline.

Booking rules
- • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550
- • 650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive a rental agreement, which you need to sign within 24 hours of receiving it.
