Escorial Residence

About this coliving home
In the heart of Gràcia lies this coliving building designed from the ground up to enjoy Barcelona as a community. Here, you'll not only have comfortable private rooms but also enjoy spaces where you can share unique moments: a beautiful front garden to start the day with a coffee and a chat, a sunny rooftop for dining or working outdoors, and a living area where movies and conversations can last until late. Built in 1940 in a distinctly modernist style and expanded in the 1970s with an additional floor, the building was reborn in 2025 thanks to a comprehensive renovation that combines high-quality materials, contemporary design, and respect for its original essence. The common areas are designed to ensure you never run out of space: a fully equipped double kitchen, several kitchenettes, a separate laundry area, and 9 bathrooms in total. The rooms are comfortable and bright, with large French windows, ultra-fast internet, digital locks, and beds with fold-down beds for extra storage. Three of them have private bathrooms. In addition, the building has an aerothermal system for efficient air conditioning during the summer and winter, which is always included in your monthly rent. If you're looking to live in Gràcia, surrounded by charming squares, bars, and restaurants, with the Joanic (Line 4) and Fontana (Line 3) metro stations just minutes away, Escorial 156 is the perfect place to combine privacy, comfort, and shared experiences with an international community. Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service. Please Note: Check-ins outside our regular working hours are subject to an additional fee. Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €50 On holidays or between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM: €90 This is just to ensure everything is clear and transparent before your arrival.
