Just steps away, you’ll find a massive, fully equipped kitchen with a granite island and gas cooktop, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. Unwind in our unique chill-out zones, the space features a hammock, jungle views and a stunning in-wall aquarium. When it’s time to work, utilize the dedicated coworking room. Each bedroom is fitted with pillow-top mattresses, blackout blinds and private ergonomic workstations. Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
We strive to be flexible. Where available enjoy the convenience of early check-in when your room is ready so you can settle in at your own pace. If you're in no rush on your departure day, feel free to make the most of our communal spaces after check out time.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Absolutely! You can extend or shorten your stay with us, but please keep in mind that the minimum stay is one month due to local regulations. We're here to help you find the best fit for your needs!
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
All guests are required to sign a rental agree that confirms the length of stay and agreement with the house rules. A photograph of the guests passport must be provided to comply with local regulations
What information do I need to supply for the application?
Let us know why you are coming to Medellin and what your plan is for your stay, eg working online, studying Spanish etc.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
Your are permitted to invite friends, but we do ask that you keep it to a maximum of two at a time. Please let your fellow housemates know in advance. Visitors are allowed between 8 AM and 8 PM. For everyone's comfort and safety, avoid inviting strangers from dating sites.
