Facilities: 2000 m2 of land, a 500 m2 villa, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor coworking spaces, a meeting room, chillout areas, a rooftop terrace, a swimming pool, a BBQ area, a vegetable patch, and free on-street parking.
Activities: concerts, comedy nights, hiking, language exchanges, yoga, meditation, excursions, workouts, cooking workshops, carpentry workshops, garden workshops, pop-up events, movie nights, game nights, wine tasting, coffee tasting, tapas tours, etc.

Would you like us to pick you up upon arrival in Valencia? Let us know where/when you arrive and, if we can, we'll be there (for less than half the price of a taxi!)
If you book one of our XL rooms, there is space to add an extra single bed so you can have a total of 3 people in your room. ( Two in the double bed and one in a single bed)

Joining us is like having a cheat code that allows you to be instantaneously incorporated into Valencian society if you so desire. Through organized events and activities that can be chosen and discussed freely and organically, you will be able to connect with both internationals and locals. Do you want to help us co-create some amazing experiences? Phillip, your host, is a young entrepreneur who arranges epic treks with local musicians that include acoustic concerts on regional mountain summits, as well as an English/Spanish language exchange with the goal of getting to know people, ideas, and places in Valencia better. He has also just recently acquired the famous underground jazz bar "La Vitti", so you will have VIP access to all the concerts and events organised at this well-known venue!
