El Nido Home

About this coliving home
A boutique eco-property built in a lush jungle setting in El Nido Town, Palawan. The villas are private, standalone structures with a natural aesthetic that blends into the surrounding greenery. Each villa comes with fresh linens, toiletries, bottled water, and a mini fridge; crockery and cutlery are provided for in-room use. The property runs on Starlink, giving you reliable, fast internet throughout your stay. We have a close partnership with co-working spaces in both El Nido town and Lio Beach, so you have solid options whether you want to be in the action or by the water. Bikes are available to hire directly at the property, making it easy to get into town or explore at your own pace. Public bus access is nearby for longer trips around the island. Our on-site host is available to help with transport, island tours, and anything you need during your stay. We keep things relaxed, personal, and well looked after. This is barefoot luxury. Think jungle calm, not hotel polish.

Community fit
We attract remote workers, digital nomads, freelancers, and slow travelers who want more than just a place to sleep. Our residents come here to work well, explore properly, and connect with people on the same path. We are not a party property. We are a calm, intentional space for people who value good Wi-Fi, good company, and a genuine escape from the ordinary. Our close partnership with a premier co-working community gives residents access to two locations, one in El Nido and one at the Beach, both open 24/7. Each space offers high-speed dual fiber-optic internet, ergonomic workstations, soundproof phone and podcast booths, and fully equipped meeting rooms. Beyond the desk, the co-working spaces run a packed social calendar throughout the week. Expect acoustic nights on a rooftop bar with views over the Bay, game and trivia nights, culinary kitchen takeovers, networking nights, skill-sharing sessions, community lunches and dinners, happy hours, and regular outdoor adventures including island hopping and beach cleanups. It is the kind of place where you go to work and end up making friends. Back at the villas, you have Starlink internet, bikes available at the property, and a host on hand to help with whatever you need. The community here tends to form naturally. Guests share transport to the islands, swap recommendations over a cold San Mig, and often extend their stays. El Nido has a way of doing that. If you are looking for a base that balances real productivity with real adventure, you will fit right in.

Neighborhood
El Nido is one of the Philippines' most celebrated destinations, set on the northern tip of Palawan. It is known for dramatic limestone cliffs, crystal-clear lagoons, and some of the best island hopping in Asia. The town itself is small and walkable. You will find restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and local eateries all within a few minutes on foot or by trike. The main draws are the islands. Island hopping tours (Tours A, B, C, and D) cover the Big Lagoon, Small Lagoon, Shimizu Island, Snake Island, and Matinloc Shrine, among others. Most can be booked directly in town or through your host. Nacpan Beach, one of the longest white-sand beaches in the Philippines, is about 45 minutes away and well worth a half-day trip. Las Cabanas Beach is closer and great for sunsets. For longer explorations, the Port Barton coast and the Underground River in Puerto Princesa are reachable by bus or van. El Nido has a genuine community feel. Local markets, fresh seafood at night, and a laid-back pace make it easy to slow down and stay longer than planned.
