The Brower House The Brower House is in the heart of Crown Heights–an extremely accessible Brooklyn neighborhood filled with green space and great cafes and restaurants. We’ve made sure the Brower House’s interior is as much of a convenience as its location, from in-unit washers and dryers to Executive rooms offering private bathrooms. Chic interior design choices create a bright, welcoming common room featuring a flat-screen TV. Location The Brower House’s closeness to multiple subway lines means you’re well connected to wherever you want to go. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the A and C trains at Kingston Throop Ave, ready to take you into Manhattan in under 20 minutes. Also close by are the 2, 3, and 5 trains at Kingston Av. The Neighborhood Brower Park, the house’s namesake, is just a 4-minute walk away and offers beautiful walking paths (including their Monarch Butterfly Garden) and ball courts. A quick subway ride will take you to some of Brooklyn’s most famed attractions like Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and the Brooklyn Museum. Diverse dining options abound for every craving: try Peaches HotHouse for Southern comfort food or La Ñapa for tapas. There’s also vegan and vegetarian options nearby such as ZACA CAFE. Head to Rize Brooklyn Bar & Grill or Frog Wine Bar to end the night with drinks and a game of pool.

Booking rules
- • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550
- • 650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive a rental agreement, which you need to sign within 24 hours of receiving it.
