All rooms have a workspace with a desk/chair and fast WIFI for seamless WFH. Clean beddings are ready for your rest upon your arrival. We also provide weekly cleaning for the common areas to keep the shared space clean and organized. The kitchen is equipped with full kitchenware to prepare your food. Daily supplies such as toilet papers, dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning tools are also provided for you and other housemates. Comfortable bed with new beddings are provided. It’s not far from Central Park, where you can enjoy a day of sports, sightseeing, or even just relaxing under a tree! This apartment is close to the subway and bus stops. There are several supermarkets, laundromats, and restaurants in the area. Just 3 mins walk from 6 train at 103 St Station. You can get everything you want within a short walking distance. Quiet place in a good neighborhood.

- • *Bedroom does not have a lock due to New York regulations. Instead, a chain lock or slide lock is installed inside the door so you can lock it when you are in the bedroom.
- • *Valuables can be stored in the closet with a lock.
- • *No towel provided.
