Frequently asked questions
Will I have privacy?
Yes, you will have your own private room with a door lock for your comfort and security. We also have an RFID lock at the main entrance for added convenience. When you arrive, we'll be there to greet you, provide the passcode, and hand over your room key. We want you to feel at home!
Are pets allowed?
es, we love pets! However, we want to ensure everyone is comfortable, so we check with all housemates about any allergies. If everyone is okay with it, we can definitely accommodate pets!
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
We understand that sharing costs can be helpful! However, only the contracted resident can stay at our property. If you need to move out earlier, just let us know 14 days in advance, and we can help arrange a new contract for your partner or friend.
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes, we have designated workspaces in each room with a comfortable desk. Additionally, our neighboring property features a cozy and quiet coffee shop that's perfect for getting work done while enjoying a nice atmosphere.
