- • Bookings need to be considering natural months, meaning for a one month the stay should start on the 1st day of the month and end on the last day of the month. The only exception would be if the starting month of the stay has already started, if we're on the 3rd of April we can consider a check

Plus, with a respectful and diverse community, we foster a living environment where everyone understands and values personal space. So yes—you’ll have both the freedom to connect and the space to disconnect, whenever you need it.
Are pets allowed?
As much as we love furry friends, pets are not allowed in the apartments. This policy helps us ensure a clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly environment for all our residents—especially since our community is shared and international. That said, we’re big animal lovers, and we’re always happy to recommend local parks, pet cafés, or volunteer opportunities with animal shelters nearby if you're missing some four-legged company! 🐶💛
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
If you’re staying in one of our couple’s rooms, the monthly rent must be paid from a single card or bank account—so unfortunately, the payment cannot be split directly through our system. However, you’re totally free to manage the cost however you prefer between you and your partner or friend! Many of our residents use apps like Bizum, Revolut, or Splitwise to settle up between themselves in a way that works best for them. So while the payment comes from one source, how you organize it behind the scenes is completely up to you! 😊
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes! Every room comes equipped with a desk and chair, providing you with your own private workspace where you can focus, study, or work comfortably from home. In addition, you're welcome to use the common areas—like the living room or kitchen table—for more relaxed working sessions or group projects. We just ask that you’re mindful of your flatmates and avoid disrupting their daily routines. So whether you need quiet concentration or a change of scenery, you’ll have flexible options to get things done!

What information do I need to supply for the application?
It's super simple! To complete your application, we only ask for a passport photo. Additionally, you may need to provide some basic personal information, but no lengthy forms or complicated paperwork are required. We're excited to welcome you to our community!
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?
We focus on building a respectful, diverse, and community-oriented environment. That’s why our evaluation is more about compatibility than strict requirements. We don’t base our decision on income or credit checks. Instead, we look for renters who are: Respectful of shared spaces and others Open to living in a multicultural and collaborative environment Students, young professionals, freelancers, or digital nomads aligned with the lifestyle Our goal is to ensure a great fit for both you and your future flatmates—so everyone feels at home from day one.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
We understand that travel plans can vary, but our check-in time is set at 3 PM to ensure everything is ready for your arrival. Similarly, check-out is at 11 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guest. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Yes, absolutely! We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility for our residents. To extend your stay, simply reach out to us in advance, and we’ll work with you to adjust your booking based on availability. To shorten your stay, please let us know as soon as possible, and we can assist with adjusting your dates accordingly. We aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible, so feel free to contact us whenever you need to make changes to your stay!
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes, all residents are required to sign a medium-term lease agreement. This contract outlines the terms of your stay, including payment details, house rules, and your rights as a tenant.
