We want you to feel at home and be surrounded by a community that supports you and takes your growth to the next level. A place where networking can flow naturally and experiences can be shared. So that the great challenge of studying for your master’s in Barcelona, working remotely, or finding a new office is as enriching and inspiring as possible. Some of the amenities you can find on-site are a swimming pool, a gym 24/7, a ping pong table, a lobby bar, a big-screen TV in a cozy living room, a coworking place, a rooftop terrace, and outdoor spaces. We also do activities, workshops, and events to share and connect with the community. Will I have privacy?
Each resident has a 100% private room to relax and recharge, while our comfortable shared areas are designed for socializing and connection. These common spaces are meant to be enjoyed by everyone, and we promote mindful, respectful use to ensure a warm and welcoming environment for the whole community.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Yes! Our rooms can accommodate two people, and the rental price is per room, not per person, so you’re welcome to split the cost with your partner or a friend.
Are pets allowed?
While we’re big animal lovers, some members of our community may have allergies. For this reason, we’re unable to allow pets in the space, ensuring a comfortable and healthy living environment for everyone.
Is there a designated space for work?
You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your needs for the day. In your room, you’ll find a desk, and you can also choose from a variety of shared spaces to work, as well as our dedicated coworking area.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
You’ll be sharing the home with a diverse and international mix of people, including other students, members of the academic community, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads. Our residents are curious, motivated, and open-minded individuals who value both personal space and meaningful connections, creating an inspiring and respectful living environment.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
Yes! We offer early check in and late check out options, and also we can store your luggage.
When/how will you refund my security deposit?
We want your departure to be as smooth and worry-free as possible. Once we’ve completed the check-out inspection of your room, we’ll take care of processing your security deposit refund. If you’d like more details, you can always have a look at our Terms & Conditions.
What information do I need to supply for the application?
To complete your booking, we just need a few details. This includes your student or academic documentation, some basic personal information (like your email, phone number, address, and date of birth), and a photo of your ID. This helps us keep the community safe and welcoming for everyone.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?
We welcome residents who are students or members of the academic community and who are excited to be part of a shared, vibrant community like ours. We look for people who value connection, respect shared spaces, and are eager to contribute positively to life here with us.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes, a contract is required to stay with us. It helps ensure clarity and security for both you and the community, so everyone can enjoy a comfortable and well-organized living experience.
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
Absolutely! Guests are always welcome to visit. We just ask that everyone follows our house rules. There’s no extra charge, and we usually allow one or two guests per room. If you’d like to have more visitors, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll be happy to coordinate it.
