Luggage storage is also available for guests if they arrive early or check out late.

Please let us know as soon as you can so we can check availability; we recommend notifying us at least a few days in advance. Extensions or early departures may be subject to availability and extra fees may apply. Is there a designated space for work?
Yes — we have a dedicated coworking area with high-speed Wi‑Fi, comfortable desks and chairs, and plenty of natural light. There are quiet hours for focused work, power outlets at every desk, and two small meeting rooms you can book through the staff on site.

Yes—you can split the rent with a partner or friend. Our larger rooms are great for two guests, subject to availability. When you book, please let us know you’ll have two people staying in the room. Extra fees may apply.

What is the policy on alcohol?
It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property. It is possible to purchase cold drinks from our reception.
