A very large first-floor apartment that has been extensively refurbished and beautifully decorated. The apartment boasts 8 spacious double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a dining area, a study area, and a living area. All bedrooms are exterior and very bright and face Paseo de San Juan. All rooms have ceiling fans, blackout curtains, a double bed, a cupboard, a work desk and chair, a wall mirror, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with two stoves, two microwaves, an air fryer, an oven, one refrigerator per person, two washing machines, and two clothes dryers. All rooms have a/c and electric radiators. We’re happy to welcome you to our community! Just so you know, this platform charges us a percentage based on the full length of each reservation. If your plans change and you decide to leave earlier than expected, please keep in mind that we’ve already paid this amount in advance. In that case, we’ll simply ask you to cover the portion that corresponds to the part of your original stay you didn’t use. Thank you for your understanding — this helps us keep things fair and continue offering a great experience for everyone. Kindly note that for stays up to 3 months, the deposit is 1.5 months of rent. Of this, as per the legal requirements, a 1-month deposit will be lodged with Incasol. The remainder of the deposit will be lodged with habitelle. All the deposits will be returned within 30 to 60 days. For stays of 3 to 12 months, the deposit is 2.0 months of rent. Of this, as per legal requirements, a 1-month deposit will be lodged with Incasol. The remainder of the deposit will be lodged with us. All the deposits will be returned within 30 to 60 days.

Booking rules
- • Double room is priced for single occupancy. For two people, it is obligatory to make a request.
- • Keep in mind that our rental schedules are slightly different from the ones you see on the platform. They will depend on the day you arrive and leave the property. We calculate them as follows:

- • Between the 1st and the 12th of each month, you must pay for the entire month.
- • Between the 12th and the 20th of each month, we will deduct 10% from your rent for the first month.
