One of the bedrooms benefits from its own 31 m² balcony, as well as a smaller private balcony, accessible only from the two upstairs bedrooms. Two shared bathrooms, two separate toilets, and a spacious kitchen complete the set. The apartment enjoys a prime location with shops, shopping centers, and public transport at the foot of the building.
