Welcome to Stabu Residence, the premier destination for students and exchange students seeking comfortable and affordable rooms in Riga.
The newly renovated flat opened in June 2023 features all modern amenities such as high-speed internet, 50' TV with Chromecast, kitchen appliances, and large bathroom area.
Our flat share consists of five rooms, with three single rooms and two twin rooms. Every room is fully furnished - including a wardrobe, desk, office chair, and reading lamp - providing you with everything you need to work or study in comfort
Additionally, our common living area offers a generous 35 square meters of space for cooking, dining, and socializing with other international students, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of studying or exploring the city.
The brand new bathroom is thoughtfully designed and equipped with two showers, two sinks, and two toilets, ensuring that you'll never have to wait in line for your turn.

We focus to bring comfortable and affordable rooms to ERASMUS students coming to RIGA from one semester to long term. Most of the students come from Europe.

Our apartment is conveniently located in the center of Riga's cultural and historical district on Stabu Street (Stabu Iela) and it offers easy access to a many supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and bars, all just a stone's throw away.
Moreover, public transportation is easily accessible from our doorstep, allowing you to explore the city with ease and convenience.
