Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon prior request, depending on availability. If your room is ready before the official check-in time, we’ll be happy to accommodate an early check-in. For late check-out, this can also be arranged as long as there is no incoming resident after you. In any case, we offer luggage storage, and you’re welcome to use the common areas while you wait.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Absolutely, you can extend or shorten your stay! We just ask that you give us a heads-up with at least 30 days' notice. If you need to make changes on shorter notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but it will depend on availability. Just keep in mind that there may be a penalty for early cancellations if the minimum notice isn't met. We're here to help with any questions you have!
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
