Yes, each room has a dedicated workspace — either a nice desk with a comfortable chair or, in our larger street-facing rooms, a separate room that can be used as an office. All workspaces are equipped with power outlets and have Wi-Fi access to make remote work easier.

You will be sharing the home with a friendly and diverse group of international professionals, both men and women, who are independent and respectful. They value their privacy while also enjoying the opportunity to meet and connect with others. This creates a warm and peaceful atmosphere. We’re confident you’ll feel right at home!

🔐 Will I Have Privacy? Yes, absolutely. 😊 You will have your own private bedroom, which is lockable and only accessible by you through the Nearkey app. No one else can enter your room. Your shower room (SDD) and toilet (WC) are also private and for your exclusive use. The kitchen and living areas are shared with other tenants, but house rules ensure everyone respects each other’s space and privacy. If you ever have any concerns, feel free to reach out—we’re here to support you.

All the rooms are fully furnished and beautifully arranged, just like in the photos. They come complete with bed linens, towels, duvet covers, and all necessary bedding and bath linens for your comfort.

Laundry Options You’ll find a laundry room down in the basement with two washing machines and two dryers just for you to use. Plus, there’s an ironing board and iron there too, so you can easily press your clothes whenever you need.

Can I Book Additional Cleaning? Our team lovingly cleans the common areas every week to keep everything nice and tidy. If you’d like, we can also put you in touch with a trusted cleaning company we work with for weekly cleaning of your private room — just ask anytime, we’re happy to help!

Of course! We have a fantastic kitchen where you’re free to cook all your favorite meals. It’s fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you might need — everything to make cooking easy and enjoyable!

In addition to your private room, you’ll enjoy a spacious living area shared with your housemates. The fully equipped common kitchen features an oven, microwave, four cooking plates, coffee machine, kettle, SodaStream, mixer, blender, toaster, and even a raclette machine — everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Step outside to the fantastic garden where you can relax in the sun or enjoy meals together. Downstairs, you’ll find a great hangout area with a foosball table, a bar, and a cozy TV room with comfortable armchairs — perfect for sharing fun moments with friends.

No meals or snacks are included as part of the accommodation. However, you have full access to the fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals anytime. Feel free to bring your favorite snacks or cook up something delicious whenever you want!
