The house is a large hotel style dual home that has 5 bedrooms. There are two main spaces that house the co-living community and the hotel management team. Both of the main shared bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. The main area is split between a coworking space, lounge area and large kitchen.

We welcome digital nomads looking to escape the craziness of the city to a creative space. People who are okay living out in nature but perhaps still need the comforts of technology. Our guests need to have a good work/life balance. Guests should respect the work being done and hopefully participate in the fun around them. It's a beautiful country with so much to see, and we're in the heart of that beauty.

Neighborhood
The hotel is nestled on the side of a mountain in the jungle. It is within a small Spanish town about 15 minutes from the main highway near the oldest national park in Panama. There are small markets, bakeries, fondas (family restaurants) within the town. You 10 minutes from the national parks, hiking, waterfalls and swimming. The beach is approximately 20 minutes away down the mountain to the beaches of West Panama.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need a vehicle
You do not NEED a vehicle however it is highly recommended to have one. We are thinking of doing a car share for long-term renters. Small markets are walking distance and we do weekly runs to grocery stores / shopping centers and can cooridinate.
Is there parking on the property?
Yes, lots!
Do you have events?
Yes, We throw a few events a month and are happy to coordinate some events with our guests!
Do you provide breakfasts and is dinner available
No, we are no longer operating the restaurant. There are fondas/bakeries nearby and you have full access to the hotel equipped kitchen. We do many shared dinners and meals but we all chip in on these.
