Enjoy an exclusive experience in our private rooms within a beautiful shared apartment in a central location, decorated in a minimalist style. Spaces include a fully furnished, high-end, and fully equipped kitchen; daily cleaning services; laundry space; and a private terrace for events and barbecues. The cleaning service includes: Cleaning of the general areas once a week for each room that is being occupied in the property, which includes surface cleaning, walls and floors, cleaning of communal bathrooms, kitchen, and replenishment of amenities. Each room is cleaned once a week, which includes the washing and drying of linens (beds, towels). General cleaning of the room and bathroom. Replacement of amenities.

Neighborhood
It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Bogotá. It is super safe, quiet, and within walking distance of the rowdy Zona Rosa and Parque 93 but far enough away for it to be quiet. Plus, it is a great spot to go for a run or grab fresh fruit in the morning from one of the vendors. You'll also be close to the shopping centers Andino, Retiro, and Atlantis, where you'll find restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, bars, and coffee shops.

Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?
We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.
Can I check-in early? Late?
You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
Are guests allowed during the day/night?
Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
