About this coliving home
Our coliving is a large family home that dates back to the 18th century and is located in Purchena, a small village in the south of Spain. We offer the comfort of modern living with the charm of past times. Our home is filled with artsy details and cared-for spaces where life and work feel different. The kitchen is the center of our home. It is the lab in which we unleash creativity and cook local, seasonal produce for you. A cozy fireplace in the middle of the room makes it the perfect chestnut-roasting spot in the colder months, and it connects you directly to our family dining room. Here we enjoy our meals and sobremesas. The outdoor Andalusian patio is the place to chill and chat with others while enjoying the Spanish sun and listening to the chants of birds. If you’d like quieter spots to read, chat, play board games, or listen to music, our living room facing the main street and our adjacent library is your place. Our coworking is at the top of the house. A spacious attic with loads of natural light equipped with electric adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs. The meeting room next door has all the necessary amenities to exchange ideas or just chill between breaks.

- • By making a reservation, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. For group bookings, the designated group organizer must have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all group members.
- • The group organizer is responsible for the full cost of the stay, including any additional fees, cancellations, or changes. Upon booking or check
- • in, we'll require your credit/debit card details for any charges incurred during your stay. We may also request full payment or a deposit in advance, especially for certain packages or services.
- • Your booking is only confirmed once we've received the required details and/or payment. We retain the right to decline any reservation without explanation. Please notify us immediately of any discrepancies in your booking details or costs. Certain rates may be subject to minimum stay requirements, deposits, cancellation fees, and other conditions. Price lists for additional services are available upon request.
- • Your booking is for a type of room and does not guarantee that you stay in a specific room or in the same room for the duration of your stay. If you have indicated a preference for a particular room with your reservation, we will do our best to honor this preference. However, we may need to allocate an alternative room to you for operational or safety reasons. If we need to move you to a lower rate room during your stay, we will refund you the difference in the rates.

It is equipped with multiple workstations featuring ergonomic chairs and electric adjustable desks for optimal comfort and productivity. Additionally, a meeting room is available, equipped with a 4K projector and whiteboard for efficient presentations and virtual meetings. The room also features a comfortable sofa and a hanging chair to foster networking and relaxation. A tea/coffee break station is available in the hallway.

Yes, we understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. We're often able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, especially during less busy periods. Please contact us in advance of your arrival or departure date to discuss your needs, and we'll do our best to make it work

We're happy to be flexible with your booking whenever possible! If you'd like to extend or shorten your stay, please contact us as soon as you know your new dates. We'll check availability and do our best to accommodate your request. Extending your stay is usually straightforward, while shortening a stay may be subject to our cancellation policy depending on how much notice is given.

Day visitors are generally welcome at our coliving. We simply ask that you inform us if you're expecting guests so we can be aware of who is on the property. For overnight guests, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements. We also ask that all guests respect quiet hours and the Picassa House's rules to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

We appreciate a convivial and relaxed atmosphere. Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted, with respect for other residents and quiet hours. We ask everyone to consume alcohol responsibly and avoid behavior that could disturb the tranquility of the community.

Lunch and dinner are not included in the price. However, you have the option to join in shared daily dinners, which cost approximately €40-70 per week depending on the number of residents and the menu. Participation in the shared dinner option is not required.
