Are pets allowed?
While we absolutely adore our furry friends, pets are not permitted in this specific coliving home. We maintain this policy to ensure the comfort and health of all our residents especially those with allergies
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes! We have a designated coworking room where you can comfortably study or work whenever you need. It’s a calm, focused space that makes it easy to stay productive while still enjoying the social vibe of the house.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
We understand the travel plans can sometimes require a little wiggle room. While we have a standard move in and move out schedules, were definitely open to discussing your needs. Just let us know your exact preferred move-in and move out times and, upon availability, we will do our very best to see if we can accommodate your specific timing
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
Yes, visitors are welcome during the day, so you can have friends over to hang out or study together
What potential costs are there besides the rent?
There are no extra costs besides the rent, everything is included. All utilities are covered, so you don’t need to worry about splitting bills or dealing with surprise expenses. Just relax and enjoy your stay!
What are the laundry options?
We have laundry on site, so you won’t need to carry your clothes to a laundromat. It’s super convenient and makes your chores a lot easier and faster.
Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?
Yes! There’s a fully equipped kitchen available for everyone to use, and we also provide basic dishes and cooking utensils. You’ll have everything you need to cook comfortably without having to bring much with you.
Do you have storage space for my stuff/luggage?
Yes, there is storage! Each tenant gets their own locker with a secure combination lock, so you can safely store your personal things and keep your space organized.
Are the communal areas cleaned frequently?
Yes, cleaning is provided! We have complimentary cleaning several times during the week to keep the common areas fresh and tidy. We just ask everyone to clean up after themselves as well, so the space stays comfortable for everyone.
