CityPlace is especially attractive to young professionals because of its affordable condo living, modern style and closeness to downtown, the Harbourfront and Lake Ontario.

We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. Storage lockers and parking are additional costs.

The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
