The goal is to live as a community! Your Space: - Queen-sized bed (140x200) - Desk - Closet and plenty of storage - Kitchenette - High-spec appliances including microwave, hob with exhaust fan and fridge - Comfy chair - Full bathroom Community Spaces: - Lounge - Dining Room - Terrace - Movie Room - Glass house - Laundry Room Main Terms: - Flexible unlimited contract with a minimum length of 6 months - Deposit is equal to 2 months’ rent - One time reservation fee (deducted from the first month’s rent) Additional Fees: - Couples: If you’re renting as a couple, there is a 200€ monthly increase. - Pets: If you want to bring your pet friend with you, there is a 50€ monthly charge.

We are excited that our first house ever will be located at Bremer Platz, right in the heart of the city. This unique space offers a range of high-quality furnished flats, comfortable community spaces, and a large terrace to enjoy in the warmer months. We are excited to join our community, creating a space to call home. We welcome like-minded young professionals from around the world.
