There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bright and stylish living rooms, and 3 terraces with amenities such as chill-out areas, sun beds, BBQ, and more. With 5 full bathrooms and comfortable working areas across the whole villa, you'll have everything you need to stay productive and focused. And with weekly cleaning included, you can focus on your work and relaxation without worrying about the upkeep of the space. Ciudad Jardín is a residential neighborhood located in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It has an exclusively residential character, with a collected nature to its streets. The area was created by British residents who dominated the economic life of the region in the late 19th century. As a result, the neighborhood is home to many embassies and elegant residences, all located among small gardens of different architectural styles. In this true oasis within the lively city of Las Palmas, visitors can admire the greenery and subtropical lushness of Doramas Park. The large Hotel Santa Catalina is another prominent feature of the area.
