Neighborhood The brownstone-lined streets of Bed-Stuy are home to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. You can visit surrounding neighborhoods like Crown Heights and Bushwick, or hop on the subway and be in Manhattan in 30 minutes. The neighborhood has a nearby park, bars, and restaurants that offer everything from Jamaican to Latin-inspired eats. About Coliving Concept. Booking rules
- • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550
- • 650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive a rental agreement, which you need to sign within 24 hours of receiving it.
