The Fort Greene House Recently renovated, the inviting Fort Greene House features split-unit heating and air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and a gym. The spaces are arranged around bright common areas, and the bedrooms are spacious compared to your average New York City apartment. Location The Fort Greene House is a 15-minute walk to the B/D and N/Q/R/W trains on DeKalb Ave., the G train at Fulton St. and the A/C trains at Lafayette Ave. You can reach the 2/3 and 4/5 trains at Nevins St. in less than 20 minutes. You can also walk 7 minutes to take the NYC Ferry from the Brooklyn Navy Yard stop. Neighborhood This coliving space is located in the cozy, leafy Fort Greene neighborhood bordering Downtown Brooklyn, in an area known for its creative scene and more relaxed pace. It’s near plenty of green space, including the scenic Fort Greene Park, and is walking distance from the East River waterfront, where you can catch the ferry to Manhattan.

Booking rules
- • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550
- • 650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive a rental agreement, which you need to sign within 24 hours of receiving it.
