This newly renovated house has been meticulously designed for those who value deep work, consistent training, and the tranquility of life away from the urban rush. To make the most of the region, we recommend guests rent a car or enjoy a healthy commute using our available bicycles. The Space: The house features 5 private ensuite rooms, hosting a curated community of just 8 residents. Each room is a productivity sanctuary, featuring: A private bathroom. A dedicated workstation with an ergonomic chair and monitor. Guaranteed 1 Gbps fiber internet throughout the entire property. What’s Included Accommodation: Private ensuite room and bathroom. Will I have privacy?
Yes! we make sure you have privacy. Each room is your personal space, and while there’s a shared coworking area and communal spaces for socializing, calls and focused work are done in your room if you prefer. You can fully enjoy both community and your own private time.
Are pets allowed?
Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
We do allow couple and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
Yes, it's possible to arrive early or stay later! Please discuss any adjustments with our team to ensure everything is arranged smoothly for your stay.
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
If you’d like to bring someone, just ask the host in advance 😊 If it’s okay, there will be a small extra guest fee per night.
What potential costs are there besides the rent?
Besides rent, there may be additional costs for activities like yoga, ice bath etc. Fees for certain activities vary, so it's best to check in with us for more details.
Are all rooms furnished?
yes, all our rooms are furnished! You’ll find a cozy workspace (desk and chair), a closet, and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable, heater and AC
Can I work in the communal area?
Yes, you can definitely work in the communal area but be mindfull about the others colivers ! We also have a dedicated coworking space and other communal areas in the house where you can be productive.
What is the average length of stay?
The average stay is around one month, as many of our guests are remote workers or freelancers looking for a longer, more immersive experience.
Is there a house/community manager?
Yes, we have a dedicated community manager to help with any questions or concerns you might have. They’re here to ensure everyone feels welcome and supported in our community!
