Bismarckstraße Home

This charming apartment is a typical Berlin ‘’Altbau’’ (old building), dating back to the 19th and 20th Century. The property was completely modernised and refurbished in 2017. It has five beautiful bedrooms with high ceilings and big window frames. A very spacious kitchen perfect for both cooking and socialising. There is also a comfy living room, a separate laundry area and two spacious shared bathrooms. A deposit of 1,150€ is required for all our German units. Please note that the membership fee is already included in this deposit amount.

The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships. To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members! As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.

Around the apartment The apartment is named after the area it is located in. Charlottenburg is located on West Berlin’s historic boulevard. This long boulevard is a western continuation of Straße des 17. Juni which is the direct connection between Berlin city center and the Brandenburg Gate to the western suburbs of Charlottenburg. Our location is a 15-min walk to Kudamm, which can be considered as the Champs-Élysées of Berlin, lined with shops, hotels, cinemas, theaters, and restaurants. Public transport Bismarckstr.
