We are located in the north of Berlin. The district is called Pankow and directly borders popular Prenzlauer Berg. Surrounded by parks, several grocery stores, cafés and restaurants, doctors and pharmacies, all daily needs are close by and can be reached on foot. You reach the train station S+U Pankow within 12 minutes / 900 m walking distance. Travel time to top locations: 11 minutes to Alexanderplatz 13 minutes to Friedrichstraße 19 minutes to main station 20 minutes to fair ground 22 minutes to Zoologischer Garten 37 minutes to BER airport You reach further public transportation (bus and tram) within 5 minutes walking distance.

- • We also require a solvency proof for bookings of two or more months.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply. The rent must be paid by the tenant only.

You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. Please get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to move out late, please contact us beforehand.

An extension is always possible, just contact us via email or directly at the reception. You can move out earlier than your rental period, however it is not possible to get a refund.

Yes, you have to sign a contract which is sent out beforehand.

Security deposit is typically returned after your stay ends within 6 to 8 working weeks. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return.

Guests are welcome to stay overnight, but please inform the reception about any guests staying with you. If a guest stays for longer than two weeks, the roommate fee will apply.
