Apartment has washer / dryer. - 5 min walk to A and C trains, 8 min to 2 and 5 trains, 23 min to Manhattan, 10 min walk to Prospect Park. Experience NYC's second-best park. - A $30 cleaning service fee applies. - A preparation fee of $175 will be charged (one-time: inspection, cleaning, and admin cost).
