Room has a HD TV, dresser, desk, chair, Wifi and a large closet. 3 Bathrooms (one of the bathrooms is private and not available for use) - Washer / dryer in unit. - Monthly cleaning available for $30. - Preparation fee: $175 (One-time: inspection, cleaning and admin cost)
