The room has an HD TV, dresser, desk, chair, Wi-Fi, and a large closet. - 10 min walk to A, C, S trains, 3 min to G trains, 22 min to Manhattan, and a 20 min walk to Prospect Park. Experience NYC's second best park. - Bedford Avenue and Franklin Avenue are a walker’s paradise, renowned for their hip eateries and mom-and-pop shops. We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and has good energy. - $30 monthly cleaning fee. - Preparation fee: $175 (One-time inspection, cleaning, and admin cost).
