Are pets allowed?
While we absolutely adore our furry friends, pets are not permitted in this specific coliving home. We maintain this policy to ensure the comfort and health of all our residents especially those with allergies
Will I have privacy?
Absolutely, you will have plenty of privacy. While coliving is about community in the shared spaces, your room is entirely your sanctuary. It's fully furnished and your space to relax, study, or work whenever you need quiet time. The common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) are where the community connects, but when you close your bedroom door, you can count on having the privacy you need.
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes! All private rooms come equiped with a work desk, a comfortable office chair and a lamp. Need a change of scenery? The common area is also available providing a great space to collaborate or just enjoy a more social work environment
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
We understand the travel plans can sometimes require a little wiggle room. While we have a standard move in and move out schedules, were definitely open to discussing your needs. Just let us know your exact preferred move-in and move out times and, upon availability, we will do our very best to see if we can accommodate your specific timing
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
Yes, you are definitely welcome to have visitors during the day or night! We just ask that you and your guests follow our simple house rules to ensure a great environment for everyone
What potential costs are there besides the rent?
There are no potential extra costs besides the monthly rent! Since all utilities are included (electricity, water, gas, trash, and high-speed Wi-Fi), you won't have to worry about separate bills or unexpected fees. Simple, easy, and predictable budgeting is a huge perk here!
Are all rooms furnished?
Yes, all of our rooms are fully furnished! You don't have to worry about the hassle or expense of buying and moving furniture. Just bring your personal items, and you're ready to settle in!
What are the laundry options?
You'll be happy to know that laundry is incredibly easy here. We have a brand new washer and dryer located right in the unit! This means you can do your laundry whenever it's convenient for you, no need to drag clothes to a laundromat or pay for shared machines.
Is there a house/community manager?
Yes, we do! You'll be supported by our fantastic Community Manager, Mario. Mario is a perfect fit for the role, bringing more tan 5 years of professional experience in coliving management. Even better, he has lived in coliving spaces himself, so he genuinely understands the needs and questions of residents. He is the ideal person to attend to your needs and ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay!
Can I lock my bedroom door?
Absolutely! All bedrooms come with their own room key, allowing you to lock your bedroom door whenever you leave or when you simply want privacy inside.
