Our property was built on the edge of a cliff above the Atlantic ocean. We are close to Ponta Delgada city and airport (appx 15-20 minutes). We renovated an old house up to modern standards. We create comfortable yet simple living conditions with a focus on shared spaces that can be used for working and chilling. We offer guests an opportunity to build friendships, share meals and be active together. The following amenities and services are included: - Shared kitchen with toaster, stovetop, oven, and microwave - Dishwasher, washer, and dryer. - Outdoor furniture in the dining area, access to sun-terrace. - Bathroom with toilet paper, towels. - Lounge areas and dining zone. - Community Events and Social activities. - Parking free on the street. - Furnished rooms with all the essentials.

Our typical guests are freelancers and digital nomads who are looking to connect with the community while also maintaining their work lives. Fenais da Luz is a coastal village on the north side of Sao Miguel island. This village has very few tourists, other than those that are hiking the coastal paths. You will have a very "local" experience in any cafes, bars, and shops located in our village. Raw nature is just outside your window and a short 5-minute walk places you in a very secluded coastal walk with no houses or buildings in sight.
