Yes. You'll have privacy in all of our private studios. The only exception is the Shared Studio, which has a roommate-style setup with shared living spaces. All private studios have lockable doors and their own private bathroom, giving you a comfortable space to relax, work, and unwind.

We don’t accept co-signers. If you have limited credit history or income, we’re happy to explore alternatives such as a higher security deposit, sharing a lease with an approved roommate, or using an approved guarantor option.
