Can I extend or shorten my stay?
You can sometimes extend or shorten your stay, but it depends on your lease terms and availability. If you’d like to change your dates, please let our team know as soon as possible and we’ll check availability and any extra fees. Shortening a stay may be subject to your lease’s notice period or penalties. Pricing depends on availability. Message us through your booking on coliving.com and we’ll help.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes — we require a signed agreement to confirm your booking. For short stays (under 30 days) we use a simple booking agreement; for longer stays we use a standard lease and may request a security deposit. All terms will be shared through the platform and you can review and sign online before arrival. If you have questions, send us a message here on the platform and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you accept co-signers?
Thanks for asking! We don’t accept co-signers. Instead, we can consider alternatives such as a larger security deposit, a guarantor service, proof of steady income, or strong references. Pricing depends on availability. If you’d like to proceed, please submit your application through coliving.com or colivi.ng and our team will be happy to review it.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?
We don’t collect a security deposit. If any damages or extra cleaning are needed after checkout, we’ll communicate this clearly and any extra fees may apply. If you’d like more details, please message us through the platform and we’ll be happy to help.
