Our house is an artistic ecosystem, offering accommodation and short-term rentals focused on artists, freelancers, and home-office workers looking for a local and creative experience. We offer accommodation in large, comfortable rooms with plenty of common areas for relaxation. We are a creative co-living and co-working ecosystem. Yes, you can extend or shorten your stay! To extend it, simply let us know in advance so we can check availability. If you need to shorten it, just let us know and we'll take care of it. We're here to ensure you have a pleasant experience.
Is there a Credit Score required?
We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip or stay.

What information do I need to supply for the application?
To apply, we ask for a photocopy of your ID along with a brief statement about your occupation and how long you plan to stay with us. We look forward to getting to know you better and welcoming you to our community!
