Our property is a small guest house for summer tourism converted into a coliving zone during the winter with four rooms in two houses next to each other. Each room with handcrafted furnishings has a distinct character and a calming ambiance. The full staff, including daily housekeeping and breakfast service, is available to guests. Due to the presence of cats in the communal spaces, the property is acceptable for colivers who are not allergic to cats. Pakostane is a tiny village located on the coast of Croatia. This means that it is relatively simple to reach any other location in Croatia from here. Additionally, it is surrounded by several attractions and national parks. The splendor of cities such as Split, Zadar, and Ibenik may be discovered during the winter months. And spring or fall is the ideal time to visit national parks such as Kornati, Plitvice, Paklenica, etc.
