Is there a designated space for work?
We offer a fully equipped coworking space for up to 8 people, designed for comfortable and productive work. You can also choose to work in the common areas or from the desk in your bedroom, adapting your workday to whatever suits you best.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
Coliving brings together all kinds of people, from different backgrounds, ages, nationalities, and professions. This diversity creates an open, respectful, and collaborative environment where it’s easy to connect, learn, and live together comfortably.
What information do I need to supply for the application?
To book your stay with us, we’ll just need a few basic details: Your full name, Email address, Phone number, your arrival and departure dates, the reason for your stay (work, travel, studies, etc.) and a short intro about yourself so we can get to know you better.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
You’re welcome to extend your stay, as long as there is availability. You may also shorten your stay if needed; however, please note that payments already made are non-refundable.
Do you accept co-signers?
We don’t accept co-signers, and all reservations need to be paid upfront to secure your spot. We want to build a friendly and inclusive community where everyone can feel at home, connect, and share experiences. If you have any questions or just want to say hi, feel free to reach out anytime!
Is there a Credit Score required?
We do not require a credit check for our coliving spaces. Our goal is to create an inclusive community where everyone can thrive and share experiences.
