With top-quality construction, modern design, and cutting-edge technology, we aim to make you feel even better than at home. Each studio offers complete privacy with its kitchen, full bathroom, smart TV, study desk, closet, and more. The shared spaces are designed to bring people together — featuring relaxation areas, work zones, a bar, and a laundry room. Enjoy excellent air conditioning (hot/cold), outstanding thermal and acoustic insulation, and a fully automated system to control the smart lock, lighting, blinds, and climate. When you arrive, your bed will be freshly made, towels ready, and the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to settle in and start enjoying your stay right away.

Will I have privacy?
Yes, of course. In your studio, you'll find everything you need for complete privacy, including your own kitchen, TV, and full bathroom. Plus, the studios have fantastic thermal and acoustic insulation.
Is there a designated space for work?
All studios have a work desk with a desk lamp and an ergonomic chair, as well as natural light. But if you get tired of working alone, you can work or study in the co-working area, where you can use a printer whenever you want.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
Mainly students and young professionals from different countries around the world who move to Alicante temporarily.
What potential costs are there besides the rent?
We have an honesty bar stocked with essentials like water, juice, snacks, breakfast items, and more. Guests can help themselves to anything they need, simply noting it down on a list or app. Everything is charged at the end of the month.
Are all rooms furnished?
Yes, all our rooms are fully furnished for your comfort! You'll find cozy beds, comfortable armchairs, and everything you need to feel at home. Plus, there's convenient storage with built-in wardrobes and under-bed storage—just pull the handle at the foot of the bed. We can't wait for you to settle in!
Any meals/snacks included?
While we don't provide full meals, you can enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages, including free espresso at our bar. It's a great way to recharge and mingle with fellow residents!
Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them in our community. We appreciate your understanding!
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Absolutely! If you choose one of our double studios, you are very welcome to split the rent.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
We are very flexible regarding move-in and move-out times, since we want to make your stay as easy as possible in all ways. So, yes. Just let us know so that we can be ready for you.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes, when you arrive, you’ll sign a simple rental agreement that mainly includes your contact details and the dates of your stay. The contract clearly states that it’s a temporary lease, not a traditional long-term rental. If you’d like, we’re happy to send it to you by email in advance so you can review it before confirming your booking.
