This three suite house is for international professionals who might be older or living in Brussels with a partner and want a differentiated coliving experience. Whereas our other houses have more residents and a younger age group, this new house is for an audience that wants social connection while having substantial private space. Each Suite is the size of a one bedroom flat, with a separate bedroom, living room, bathroom in addition to the shared common areas.

Located in the lively Place van Meenen neighborhood, steps from the Maison Communale. Step outside and feel the energy of this artsy district—exploring trendy restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars and more. Monday nights are especially fun as people from all over Brussels gather to enjoy dinner and drinks at the famous local market with its mix of farm stands and food trucks. We are a short 350-meter walk to the tram stops Horta or Janson, providing direct access to the European Quarter, European Parliament or the Louise business district as well as the Midi Station with the Eurostar, Thalys, and airport express.
