The apartment is fully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are six bedrooms and two bathrooms; five rooms share one bathroom, and one room enjoys a private bathroom. The shared kitchen and dining area offer a comfortable space for cooking, working, and hanging out. High-speed WiFi is included, and the building provides central heating for the apartment. This home is located on the 6th floor of a classic NYC walk-up building (no elevator). One of the most exceptional features of this apartment is its private rooftop terrace, accessible exclusively to this unit. This is an extremely rare amenity in Manhattan, offering a full 360-degree view of New York City—perfect for relaxing, studying, socializing, or simply enjoying the skyline in total privacy. All our apartments include a complimentary monthly cleaning of the common areas to help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for all roommates. We follow general house rules and a simple weekly cleaning schedule that everyone participates in. To set you up for success, we also provide all basic cleaning supplies. Building This is a traditional NYC walk-up building that carries a lot of culture. It is renovated to give it a modern look. The building is operated by professional property management and a Superintendent who swiftly attend to repairs.

We accommodates students, interns, and young professionals, including international roommates, in fully furnished coliving apartments with a built-in community!. Our leases are three months minimum, providing flexibility for students who are in New York City for a school semester or an internship. We host community events, such as mixers, to encourage tenants to get to know each other and feel part of a friendly and supportive community.

Booking rules
- • Before we can confirm your booking, you will need to go through a quick application process. For US citizens, this includes filling out an online application and accepting a $20 screening. If your credit is not strong, you can use a cosigner.
- • If you are international without a social security number, you must fill out the application and provide us with a photo of your active visa. If you have not received your visa yet but have been accepted to a school, an internship or a job opportunity, we can tentatively book you while we wait on the visa to arrive; however, we must see the visa before you can move in.
- • Once your application is approved, you will need to sign a lease agreement. The room you would like to book is not secured for you until the booking process is completed.
- • We require a Security Deposit of one month rent
