Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Yes, you’re welcome to share a room with your partner or a friend as long as there are two people maximum. However, please note that we don't allow tenant changes during the rental period. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!
Is there a designated space for work?
Absolutely! You can work in various locations around our community, such as your bedroom, the living room, or even the dining area. We want to make sure you have a comfortable space to focus on your work

You will be sharing the home with a diverse community of working professionals, remote workers, interns, university students, and world travelers. Everyone comes from different backgrounds and experiences, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere!
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change! However, arrivals before the designated move-in time or stays past the move-out time are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you during your scheduled times.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Yes, you can extend or shorten your stay based on availability. If you're looking to extend your stay, please check if your room is vacant. However, please keep in mind that shortening your stay may not result in a full refund. We're here to help you with your plans!
What information do I need to supply for the application?
you'll need to provide your passport along with a few other documents, such as a brief profile about yourself and any relevant references. This helps us understand our future community members better!
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes, if you plan to stay for more than three months, we prefer to sign a contract to ensure everything is clear. This helps us create a smooth and enjoyable living experience for everyone.
When/how will you refund my security deposit?
We understand that getting your security deposit back is important! Generally, we process the refund on your checkout date, as long as everything is in good condition. If you have any specific concerns, feel free to ask!
